The following represents a list of items that should be considered when determining an outpost budget. The percentage values are approx, based on my experiences.

• 15% Uniform & Uniform Accessories
• 8%  Hand Books
• 5%  Leader Guides
• 1%  Other Educational materials
• 15% Crafts
• 7%  Snacks
• 6%  Stipends & Scholarships
• 15% Light for the Lost
• 3% Commander’s Recognition Dinner
• 2%  Quarterly Award Ceremony
• 7%  GMA Award Ceremony
• 15% Camping Equipment

When it comes to actual operating costs per boy, I have found that it takes about $120.00 annually to pay for standard expenses related to Royal Rangers.
